Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Anyone who wants to cancel the registration of a course can drop an email at info[at]sarabakingclass.com or Call our billing support at +91-7338923893.

Terms for Cancellation

(1) For Online Live Classes : Cancellation allowed till 2 hours before commencement of the class afterwhich cancellation will not be allowed and no refund will be provided.

(2) For Online Video Classes : Cancellation allowed before receiving video class access and cancellation not allowed after receiving video class access

(3) Sara Baking Class reserves the rights to cancel any class with/without prior notification and students are entitled to full refund of the fee in that case.

Terms of Refund

(1)Refund will be provided based on the cancellation terms mentioned above

(2)Refund will be initiated within 6 hours from cancellation request

(3)Refund will be transfered through the same mode of fee payment and refund credit can be expected within 3 - 4 working days
